How quickly can the machine be installed?
In most cases, your Carpigiani machine will be installed in your store within 2 weeks of signing the contract.
How long is the warranty?
Your warranty is 1 year after delivery. Some parts have an extended warranty of up to 5 years.
What kind of power connection do I need?
Most Carpigiani machines require a 400V 16Amp outlet. Some machines are available in 240V.
Do I need a water connection?
Most Carpigiani machines are available in water-cooled and air-cooled. Machines with dryfilling option also require a water connection.
Is there a possibility to lease a Carpigiani machine?
Yes, there is a possibility to pay for your Carpigiani soft-serve ice cream and/or milkshake machine through a lease construction.

Which is the highest capacity machine?
The machine with the highest capacity is the Carpigiani GK3. This machine dispenses 500 ice creams at 75 grams and 265 milkshake cups at 300 CC per hour.
Which is the lowest capacity machine?
- The lowest capacity machine is the Carpigiani 161T. This machine dispenses 200 ice creams at 75 grams per hour.
Is there a possibility to exchange my Carpigiani machine?
